| Training Opportunity:
Designing Pedestrian Safe Streets
General Information:
The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT), the Herkimer-Oneida Counties Transportation Study (HOCTS), and the New York Metropolitan Transportation Council (NYMTC), invite you to participate in a two-day Designing Pedestrian Safe Streets Workshop.
Cost:
The initiative is being funded by the Federal Highway Administration and there is no fee associated with this training.
12 Professional Development Hours
(PDH) are available for an additional fee.
Who should attend:
The training is designed for those professionals that have an impact on the pedestrian system: Traffic Engineers, Maintenance Personnel, Planners, Elected Officials and Law Enforcement Officers.
