In addition to printed matter, our lending library contains materials on CD or DVD. We also maintain an extensive Video Library. A list of the subject categories is given below and in the menu to the right.

Books for loan

Loan Policy

Publications are loaned only to local and state roads officials, public works officials, and their municipalities in New York State, for up to two weeks, at no charge. A limit of two (2) titles may be borrowed at one time. Items are shipped via US Post Office media mail. We currently cover outbound postage, return postage is the borrowers responsibility. Return shipping/address labels are included for your convenience.

Wait List Policy

If the title requested is out on loan, we will notify you and place your name on a waiting list. Requests for copyrighted publications often result in waiting lists because we are not permitted to make additional copies. Whenever possible, we purchase multiple copies of the most popular publications.
