Robin perched on a branch

The frost is out of the ground in Ithaca and I saw my first robin of the spring! As you begin to look at the damage from the winter and the work for this year, we are ready to help answer your questions. If you need some help with what to do, one of our engineers or Circuit Riders can come out and look at your highways and provide technical assistance. Even if we cannot get out to your agency, we are available by phone, email, and even the US Postal Service. -David Orr, PE
