A View from the Road—April 2016

David Orr PE, Director, CLRP

The weather is always changing. I recently looked at the snowfall totals for five locations around New York State. Here in Ithaca we had the lowest snowfall total ever recorded (unless we get an April or May storm which is always possible). Other places were below average, but downstate (Islip) was well above average due to large storms that required herculean efforts to plow and reopen the roads. For those who remember the 'good old days' when we got more snow, be careful what you ask for, you might get it.
