Rain Check: Stormwater Pollution Prevention for MS4s (DR 482)

The Stormwater Management Program describes how a facility will protect stormwater that enters its MS4. The permit requires that small (Phase II) municipalities address six “Minimum Control Measures” (MCMs) in the Program. These MCMs Include:

  3. Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination
  4. Construction Site Run-Off Control
  5. Post-Construction Management

Truck Impacts on Pavement (PM380)

Reviews the effects of truck weight and loading on pavement. Discusses pavement design, truck loading, and pavement failure and fatigue.
