View from the road - March 2014

cartoon image of a groundhog

March arrives and our thoughts turn to spring and away from a long winter and dreary predictions by a certain groundhog. For the Local Roads Program, our spring workshop season starts at the end of March with three Basics of a Good Road workshops downstate during the week of March 24th. There is still plenty of room in all of our workshops between now and Highway School. Also, if you are interested in a workshop not scheduled, please let us know and we can schedule a requested workshop in your area. -David Orr, PE
