View from the Road - July 2014
Our friend, and Program Circuit Rider, Dewey Amsler passed away on June 18th. He taught our Snow and Ice Control workshops since 2000 and answered questions from anyone who asked, many times on his own dime. While he worked for us, he was our friend first and always wanted to help anyone. His attitude and willingness to help is something we should all strive for. Remember a friend and mentor in your own life and share it forward. Thank you Dewey! - David Orr, PE
Just a reminder that our 2014 fall workshops will be by request only. We require a minimum of 15 people for a workshop, but if you are unable to get quite enough together for a workshop please contact us and we may be able to help you get more people. Here is more information about how to request a workshop. We will be looking for attendees for Powers and Duties, Pavement Maintenance and Work Zone Safety workshops and will post details in next month’s Road Chatter.
